Çinili İnn
Task
It was built in 1910 by Dersaadet Rıhtım Dock and Warehouse Company Osmaniye on Karaköy Kemankeş Street on the Rumelian side of the Bosphorus. The Tiled Inn was first used as a passenger hall, and after 1940, with the construction of the new passenger hall, it was used as a Postal Center by PTT. The building was first built as a five-storey building, but later another floor was added and it became six-storeyed. Çinili Han, which has served different institutions over the years, was restored within the scope of the Peninsula Hotel project and became a part of the hotel. Çinili Han, located within the historical texture of Karaköy, has attracted great architectural attention after its restoration.
