Task
This building, located at the beginning of Karaköy Kemankeş Street, was built between 1910-1914. It was used as the headquarters building of Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri A.Ş. until the Peninsula Hotel project. Within the scope of this project, it was restored and included in the hotel. Merkez Han continues to preserve its value today, with its restoration within the historical texture in which it is located.
